1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the website pravitel.online, published by Aurora Casket Company s.r.o.. By reading the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. Full publisher details are in the legal notice.
2. We do not sell you anything
This is an editorial site. There is no shop, no account, no subscription and no payment. Reading it creates no contract of sale between you and us. Access is free and offered as it stands.
3. The content is information, not advice
Our articles describe how video games work. They are general information and commentary. They are not professional, financial, legal or technical advice, and they are not a substitute for the publisher’s own documentation for any game we write about.
We take reasonable care to be accurate and we name our sources. Even so, live games change constantly, and a page that was correct when it was published can be overtaken by an update. Where our description and the game publisher’s own current information diverge, the game publisher’s information prevails. We do not warrant that the content is complete or current, and we ask you to tell us when it is not.
4. Partner links
Some links on this site are partner links, also called affiliate links. If you follow one and then sign up or make a purchase, Aurora Casket Company s.r.o. may be paid a commission by the advertiser. This costs you nothing extra.

When you follow a link away from pravitel.online you leave our site. We do not control the destination, its content, its prices, its terms or how it handles your data. Any contract you enter into there is with that third party. Any complaint about a product, a price, a charge or a refund belongs with that third party, not with us.

The text and the original SVG diagrams on this site belong to Aurora Casket Company s.r.o.. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish whole articles or reproduce the diagrams elsewhere without written permission.
Third-party trademarks and product names are the property of their owners and are used here for identification and commentary. Their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. See the trademark notice in the legal notice.
7. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site or the server it runs on, do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other readers, and do not present our content as your own.
8. Liability
We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for anything for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under Czech or EU law — including injury to life, body or health. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on general information published here, nor for anything that happens on a third-party website you reach from here.
This clause does not affect any mandatory right you have under the consumer-protection law of your own country of residence within the EU.
9. Changes
We may amend these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Material changes to editorial practice are also logged on the corrections page.
10. Governing law and disputes
Czech law applies, together with directly applicable EU law. If you have a complaint, please write to us first at info@pravitel.online; we would much rather fix a problem than argue about it. Because we sell you nothing, there is no consumer sales contract between us; a complaint about something you bought after following a partner link should be raised with the seller.
