Privacy policy
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no fingerprinting. It writes nothing to localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. It loads nothing from a third-party server — no web fonts, no CDN, no remote images. There is no contact form and no newsletter, so there is nothing for you to fill in. The only personal data we process is what the web server unavoidably records in its access log, and whatever you choose to put in an email to us.

We have not appointed a data protection officer, because the scale and nature of our processing does not meet the threshold in Article 37 GDPR. Data protection enquiries go to the address above.
2. What we process, and what we do not
Server access logs
Like every web server, the server that delivers this site writes a line to an access log for each request. That line contains your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the HTTP status code, the number of bytes sent, the referring URL if your browser sent one, and your browser’s user-agent string. An IP address is personal data, so we tell you about it plainly rather than pretending the log does not exist.

Email you send us
If you write to info@pravitel.online we process your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you put in the message, for the purpose of answering you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in replying to correspondence), or Article 6(1)(c) where we are answering a statutory request such as a data subject access request. We keep correspondence only as long as the matter is live, and then for as long as any legal retention obligation requires.
What we do not do
- No cookies of any kind, first-party or third-party.
- No
localStorage,sessionStorageor IndexedDB. - No analytics — no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no server-side analytics product.
- No advertising or conversion pixels, and no remarketing tags.
- No device or browser fingerprinting.
- No third-party requests at all. Fonts are system fonts; the stylesheet, the script and every image are served from this domain.
- No contact form, no comment system, no newsletter sign-up, no account.
- We never ask for, and never knowingly collect, passwords, payment card details or government identity numbers.
3. Why there is no consent banner
Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC requires consent before storing information on, or gaining access to information already stored in, a visitor’s device — except where that is strictly necessary to deliver a service the visitor asked for. We store nothing on your device and read nothing from it, so no consent is required and a banner would have nothing to ask you about. The cookie policy explains how to verify this yourself in about thirty seconds.
4. What happens when you click a partner link
This is the one place where data about you reaches somebody else, so read it carefully.
When you click a partner link you leave pravitel.online and your browser makes a request to the advertiser or to the affiliate network that operates the offer. In that request, that third party will see your IP address, your user-agent string, and the fact that you arrived from this site. They may set their own cookies and use their own trackers on their own site. We do not control that, and their privacy policy governs it, not ours.
Two details about how we handle this:
- Referrer. This site uses the referrer policy
strict-origin-when-cross-origin. That means an external destination is told that you came fromhttps://pravitel.online, but not which page you were reading. - Click identifiers. If you arrived at this site from an advertisement, the advertising platform may have added a click identifier to the URL (for example
msclkidor autm_parameter). A small script on this site copies those identifiers, which are already in your address bar, onto the outgoing partner link so the advertiser can attribute the click. The script stores nothing, sends no request of its own, and reads nothing except the current URL.
If you would rather not be linked to this site at all, do not use the partner link: search for the advertiser and go there directly. Nothing on this site is gated behind a partner link.
5. International transfers
We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. Our server logs stay on the server. Email is handled through our own mailbox. If you follow a partner link, any transfer that then happens is between you and that third party.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data (Article 15), its rectification (Article 16) or its erasure (Article 17); to ask us to restrict processing (Article 18); to data portability (Article 20); and to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 21). Because we process no consent-based data, there is no consent for you to withdraw.
To exercise any of these, write to info@pravitel.online or to the postal address above. We answer within one month, as Article 12(3) requires. There is no charge. Please note a practical limit: an entry in a server access log can usually only be located if you can tell us the IP address and the approximate time of your visit.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77). Ours is the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (the Czech Data Protection Authority) in Prague. You may equally complain to the supervisory authority of the EU member state where you live or work.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly process their personal data. Since we collect nothing beyond server logs, there is in practice nothing for a child to submit to us.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, with HTTP Strict Transport Security enabled. The site contains no login, no form and no database, which removes most of the ways a website leaks personal data.
9. Changes to this policy
If our processing changes, this policy changes with it and the date at the top is updated. A change that reduced your privacy — for example, introducing analytics — would be announced on the corrections and changes page as well.
